I have a user that is having trouble with her keyboard. WHen she types, extra characters are inserted, seemingly random. For example, if she hits an 'L', it will print the 'L' but may also through in a 'K' or an 'O'-somtimes both. We've taken the keys off and cleaned the heck out of it, but it still happens. As I've not worked with ME before, are there any settings that could be causing this? I think we may need to replace the keyboard, but that is an easy last resort. Thoughts?

Why would you waste time cleaning a keyboard, don't mean to sound rude, but spend the $5 and put in a new keyboard, or borrow and old one to test.

Not my computer, not my money, not my call. The only other keyboard I can use for a test would be to either take mine from home (which I don't want to do) or grab one from work and take it to her house (which I WON'T do!). I'll just tell her that she's fubar-ed and will have to pony up the cash.
