my keyboard is displaying different characters than what I type. (m=0, o=6) How can I fix? thankyou

Some keyboards have a set of keys set to aid in numeric data entry. These keys sre on the right side of the keyboard and there should be a sequence to turn them on and off.

I have a feeling you are using a notebook.

Using (usually) fn+numlock will turn the numlock on and off
