Keyboard & mouse stops responding with PCAnywhere on W2K Server

After installing PCAnywhere version 10.0 on a W2K server SP2, on reboot the keyboard & mouse stop responding making it impossible to administer server - otherwise, it runs OK.
Does anyone know the registry changes/replacement of drivers will fix this? I can do a remote regedit for an NT server. I do not have an ERD although I do have the system state on tape.

Please help!!
