Upon starting the server, do you get any error messages while the system is booting up? Are the keyboard and mouse plugged into the right slots? Have they ever worked in the past? What kind of mouse and keyboard are they and what kind of server is it?

Have the engineer contact the maker of the software and find out if there are any issues. We had a server freezing up, and it turned out to be an old version of the sp for a cad program. Got the new sp's and version from the company, all's well. Good luck. Glen A. Johnson
