Got a strange problem. It seems that the key tone volume has somehow increased. Is there a way to lower this on the switch?
Seems to be on 2616 mainly so far when entering voice mail.

Lift the handset and decrease the volume with the adjustment under the keypad.

not switch wide, could be your about to lose a power supply, your ftc settings do not include vol.. it could be a single card but system wide it looks more like a ps

Ok, here is what is going on after going to the sets. What they are complaining about is that they now hear a tone when they punch in their mailbox and password, which they did not hear before.
The tones only happen in vm and not when dialing a number to a phone.
Half the battle is getting the right info around here.

Somebody change EEST setting to YES - make it NO

Look in the LD15 FTR_DATA section

Print in LD21

REQ PRT
TYPE FTR

And NEVER type "YES" at "OPT" or you will dispable the consoles display
