key MCR programming

Hi,

Trying to programm key 3 MCR 84162 on 2616 set (agent) I am receiving err sch “An appearance of this agent DN has CLS FXSP. Action: Out the appearance in LD 11”.
I can’t find FXSP item in CLS , even FXSP item is not in manual.

Any help appreciated !

Be sure 84162 does not appear on any other station as an SCR 84162.
LD 20
REQ: PRT
TYPE: DNB

When programming a MCR, all appearances of that DN must be programmed as MCR.

just out all copies of that line, then go back and add them and mcr.. if you have a analog set with that number you need to add mcra to cls

Number 84162 is my analog set DN with CLS MCRA. I have also MCR 84162 on several 3905 agent sets. What I need is to add MCR 84162 on the next M 3820/ DN 8888 agent set.
At the end call forward to mobile phone on this M3310/ DN 8888 is requested for both numbers called number DN 8888 and MCR 84162. Could it work this way
(I am afraid just calls to DN 8888 will be forwarded) ?
As this is currently life production group I cannot experiment too much.
Could you advice me procedure for this setup ?
(Renumbering 84162 to XXXXX , MCR 84162 programming on M3310, renumbering back XXXXX to 84162 …. ?? ).

Any help greatly appreciated.

you want both number forwarded to aaaaa, at some point, correct? i would marp both sets on the same tn, but forward on an acd dn is ? at best. can you use the ncfw in the acd group to send that call to the ? when the agents are logged off

I want to forward DN 8888 and MCR 84162, not ACD calls. There are not ACD calls routed to this agent. As Symposium user this agent is used just for message insertion via Symposium script. Depending on agent login/logout status an announcement could be played or not.
If our ITgroup is out of service ( no agent logged in the skillset) then calls are routed to this "message manager agent set" to his DN 8888 or to MCR 84162 for VIP people recognized by CLID (Symposium script again).
And sometimes is necessary to forward both numbers to mobile.

i would either put both numbers on key 0 and 1, of the same set, marped, (marp is turned on?) then the normal cfxa commands. that works on my 3904, for a mcr on 0 and scr on 1, both have multi appearences. if that doesn't do the trick you can marp them to a pair of analog ports (soft) and use remote forward.. i would attempt all reroutes with a script in the symposium.. a couple of places here we have menus that tod can't be used, the manager can turn the nite menu or 911 menu or the day menu or send the calls to his acd by using remote forward...

The thing is that it has to be agent because login possibility so key0 is ACD.
The same set should be used for call forwarding: last IT helpdesk man has to leave office (at night) so he is forwarding both numbers on his PERSONAL mobile phone.

easy (sorta) work around, build a phontom set with cfxa and marp both numbers to it. by using remote call forward the user can either forward to his dn, cell phone acd que... your house, etc.. that step allows control of numbers that a single user can control.. i use it for a dept that forwards to an offsite answering service or to menu or to att, depending on work load..
