This is your key six info.

right, I got that when I traced the DN. When I traced the TN that this DN was active on it skipped from key 5 to key 7...

I did it three different times all with same result. I ended up nulling key 6 from phone and re-adding it. It seemed like it was stuck somehow. Now, when I trace, all is well. maybe just a mystery...

i had a 2317 act funny on a trac today also. the adl key was active and thats it. The phone had contact system admin on the display. pulled feeder anbd repunched fixed.

2317's are strange beast but shouldn't do that, is the number marped on another set? might be a concern, what happens if you trace the key? i just noticed the 1st line of your post

004 0 10 05 6 SCR shows key 6 on a call but out of seq...

JohnPoole, what do you mean by out of seq? The DN is MARP'd on the correct set.

do you mean in general? because this set is not an M2008. I didn't post all the keys. I stopped after 7 because it was key 6 I wanted to show was missing.

Sorry, is it programmed as an SCR? What type of set is it? Note when using the TRAC command the active keys are listed first. Key 6 says it is an scr key and is off hook ext is 2228 and the set type is a M2317. It will not be displayed again. When the key is idle does key 6 show up then?

I statted the DN first and it was active on key 6 on x1234. When I statted the TN for x1234 it skipped right over key 6. I did two separate stats.

i see, i read it as one post, i've never seen that, even without a marp or scr, it shows all keys...

right. The person whose PDN is 2228 said his key was "stuck" all day. When I dialed in I found it was active on key 6 on a different phone, but when I statted that phone's TN it skipped right over key 6! strange, huh?
