KEY 0 ACD help

[Sympology]

Hope someone can help, our normal telecoms guru is of sick and I'm stuck on this one.

I'm trying to make sure that the following TN is in ACD 86015 (and several other TN's after) as it's primary group. I do the usual:
Ld 20
CHG 2216
ECHG Yes
Key 0 acd 86015 0 108021
Hit return and I get an SCH0718.

Here is a copy of the TN I've never seen the
SUPY ACID 108025 KEY 32 before either. Whats thats?

That is the Supervisor ID and key number on the Supervisor set. You need to nul that key on that set first before you can change the ACD key on this set.

after you null key 0, you'll need to put spv or agn back in class to rebuild key 0

I WOULDN'T NUL KEY 0, I WOULD OUT THE SET AND THEN DO A NEW. OTHERWISE YOU MAY END UP WITH CORRUPT SOFTWARE

And also, don't use ECHG on an ACD set. Best to out and rebuild the whole set. But at the least, just default past ECHG and make your change when you come to the KEY prompt. Also suggest you disable the TN before making the change.

no i don't do any change on an acd set, but i have outed key 0 a few hundred times without a problem, i do disu the set, out key 0, then it is not an acd set. haven't had corruption doing it that way, have seen more problems from an echg or mov on acd..never a good idea

Yeah, looks like the supervisor has an AGT key on their set, key 32.
