Kernel32 error?!

I am trying to write a query for a table in access, but everytime I press the save button, and occasionally when I try to just run a query, i get an error message stating that Access has caused some form of violation and will close immediately. Something to do with Kernel32.

Anyone got any suggestions, it's access 2000 that I am running.
