Kernal32 .dll error in Lucent Intuity Message Manager

whenever we close Lucent Intuity Message Manager (exit the program) we get an error that says "MSG_MGR caused an ivalid page fault in module KERNAL32.DLL at 016f:bff7b992.

Does anyone have a clue on what causes this and how we can correct this? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I would say try reinstalling the software on that PC to fix it, but first do a uninstall on the old stuff. Wisdom is Knowledge
