I have a problem [ID641001] kern.warning Key ASC D1 ASCQ b is being generated every 30 seconds and filling up /var/adm/messages. Has anyone seen this message before and if so how do i stop it

Hi,
Check the /etc/syslog.conf file.
There should be *.warning or kern.warning entry in the file.
Just comment out the entry and send kill -HUP to syslogd pid.
