keeps sharing drives

ok, i've a fresh install of win2k pro with sp3 - i check in sharing and all my drives are share ad drive letter $ - i try to uncheck share this drive - apply and ok

but after a reboot this reverts back to shared as c$

any ideas?

Windows 2000 create default share.
the $ makes sure it's hidden share.

People wll be able to log in to your computer only if they know the paswword.

TO disable the share:

Right click on my network and choose properties.

Right click on your network adaptor and choose properties.
On one of the tabs you'll see tcp/ip and file sharing, just disable sharng there.
