Keeping Personal setting while migrating to new PDC

I am in the process of researching and wanted to know how do I keep all the settings and files on my workstation when moving to a new domain controller.

I guess what I am asking is, when I migrated everyone computer to the new server, I want their settings to stay intact like nothing happen. Any suggestions or directions will help me a great deal.
