In Access 2000 I have an app. that sends an email (report in .rtf) when certain criteria are met in a new record. If the user doesn't have Outlook (our only email client) open it, as it should, opens the email with all the appropriate information. However, once the email is sent it doesn't clear the outbox before Outlook closes itself.
Is there a way to keep Outlook open until the email is sent?
