Does load balancing have a feature where if any changes are made to a folder on one server they are automaticaly made to other servers on the cluster? I am about to setup two machines which wil both have IIS and an identical website on each. THe problem is when a picture is uploaded..it will only be uploaded to one. Any other options?

thanks

Windows Load Balancing does not, as far as i know, do any sort of replciation - that's up to you. You could set up a scheduled job to replicate from one server to another - but that would not be real time. If you need real-time replcation there are products on the market that do that. I have used DoubleTake ( that works well.
