KDS Production Count may not be less than 1 or greater than 20

Hi All. We are using Micros 3700 5.76. We had somebody set up a KDS system they have not finished yet.... right now we cannot change a printer in Devices for the redirect. We receive the error "KDS Production Count may not be less than 1 or greater than 20"
Any ideas?
