KDC Event log error 11

I continue to recieve this error on all Domains except the domain that the Server actually belongs to....

There are multiple accounts with name HOST/breflsdc.rita.ritaoh.net of type 10.

The server name also has a cnf: reference(Duplicate) when I browse Eventlogs for other servers to connect to but there are no duplicates in LDAP from what I can tell...How do I eliminate a CNF object from Active Directory ????
