just installed new monitor and keyboard and...

i can't get it to work with the system. I can type the LOGI and when I hit the return it goes back to the L in logi. any suggestions

did you go into setup and modify the communications params?

depending on the mfg it can use f2 or a setup key.. need to setup 8 none and one USUALLY, that can be changed per site.

that setting can be switch settings or software on the switch side
