With AIX and PSSP I can boot into maintenance mode if needed:
# spbootins -r maintenace -l <node number>

or diagnostic mode:
# spbootins -r diag -l <node number>

I would assume this can be done with Jumpstart, but I have never used Jumpstart for these. I use Jumpstart for upgrades or installs.

Anyone know how to do maintenance or diagnostic boots with jumpstart?

Thanks.

Maintenance boot:
# boot net -s

No diagnostic boot.
