Jrun error in cfgraph tag

I am using cfgraph tag to display data in graph format. but while giving output it gives me error "Could not connect to JRun Connector Proxy." What should i do now? Is something missing in my system? I am using windows 98.

Please help me out.

The cfgraph tag uses a scaled down version of the JRun engine called the Cold Fusion Graphing Service. You will get the error if it is not running on the server -- unfortunately you cannot run cfgraph on Win98.
