JPGs open in IE 1

Find a .jpg file on the hard drive, click on it once to highlight it, hold down the Shift key and right-click it. From the menu that comes up choose Open with... and click on the program desired from the list. Put a check mark in the box at the bottom that says something to the effect of Always use this program...
