Hello,
I'm not sure which forum I should post this in. I have built a new image for my hard disk using a formatted disk with Office 2003 on it(not an upgrade) I tried opening one of my previous databases that jpg files in it. The forms and reports still show the jpgs correctly but the form that accesses the data gives me an error when I click on the object. They are listed as MSPhotoEditor 3.0 objects (I do not have MSPhotoEditor installed on this new image). the ole server isn't registered to register the ole server, reinstall it.
If I try to add a new record and insert a jpg, it lists the item as a package and does not show up in the reports or forms. I'd like to use the existing jpgs instead of converting them to bmps.
Currently if I click on a jpg outsided of access, it is opened with MS Office Picture Manager. Is there a way to register that so MS Access will know how to act with a jpg?
