Is it possible make a visible watermark on a JPG file and remove it later.

JPG Watermarking with JAVA

If you mean on the JPG file on disk, I don't know.
If you mean when the JPG is displayed then the answer is yes. (It is probably possible to save this JPG with the watermark, but I don't think you can remove the watermark after reloading).
[But you could save both the JPG and the watermark and only superimpose them when displaying].
