I have two 2 Mbits link terminating on two cisco 2621 routers. Is it possible to combine both the links to achieve 4 Mbits speed? This way possibly we can have redundancy in routers and redudancy in link as well and at the same time achieve a higher bandwidth.
If this is possible, can somebody provide a sample configurarion.
Many Thanks in advance

You can run a routing protocol over those 2 T1's and load-balance. This will ensure you use both of them simultaneously.

Before a config can ba suggested, more info is needed about your setup and capabilities. A copy of 'show run' from each router would be useful. Also are the T1's your internet feed or are they simply running between 2 of your corporate locations (i.e. you control routers at both ends of the link)? If an internet feed, can you enquire with your ISP what routing protocols they support - this will help determine how to go forward with configuration.

Or you can opt for an Ima solution which gives you the capability to grow as needed.
