Joining to an SBS 4.5 domain via VPN

howdy all,

A client has asked that I join 2 of their sites via VPN. The connection should not be a problem, tunneling between their firewalls. Here's the problem I am concerned with:

Site 1 has a Windows 2000 domain and Site 2 has an SBS 4.5 domain (NT 4.0). If I join the 2 sites on a VPN, will the SBS server freak out to see other domain controllers on the same subnet?

Any input is appreciated.
