Job Status View. Cant see LAST RESULT

Brightstor 9.01 WP4 Devicepatch3. I cant see "Last Result" coloum on one of 4 servers. display bar seems corrupt. I don't want to reinstall Brightastor as it's in a SAN.
Any ideas!

Try viewing it locally at the system instead of via a remote connection.
 
I am. That is the problem. I have also doubled clicked on each panel to auto size. Each time I double click on the “Leas Results” panel, it just adds an extra blank gray column. I now have six blank gray columns.
Anyone know which registry key or file the Brightstor views are kept in?

This is a new one on me and not sure what the cause would be so here are a few thoughts on it.

1) make sure each on the ARCserve Servers in the SAN is at the same revision level, any update installed on one must be installed on all.
2) Might be the result of an incomplete update. From the Services Manager I stop all the ARCserve Services and close the Manager prior to running an update. At the end if it says to restart I will do that prior to bring up ARCserve. If a process is still stuck in memory it could as for a restart. Files with names like 4c214f36.dll or 5a21652a.dll are examples of it happening. After a restart the system renames renames the file to the correct name overwriting the file that could not be overwritten before.
3) Corrupt queue. Stop the services close the Manager and then delete the 00000001.qsd directory. Oh and if it had not been done before you will want to do a File SaveAs on all your jobs prior to deleting the queue so that they do not have to be rebuilt.
