The Manager software has run fine until I re-formatted my computer and re-installed Manager - now I have a problem in so much that when I open Job Status in Arcserve Manager it closes the whole application.
I have applied the following patches on CA's advice without any success:
I have tried deleting all of the jobs from the queue using the scheduler on the File Server Console so that the queue is still empty however I still cannot access it.
If I start server admin and then select the database engine, if I select the operations button I am unable to re-initialise the databases - I thought it may be a corrupt queue. All of the engines appear to be running so I am a little confused!
I am able to submit backup and restore jobs to the queue and they run fine - it just appears to be the manager that is disfunctional.
Any help would be much appreciated.
