Job Status ALWAYS Unknown

Using Arcserve 9.01, we back up 2 servers at various locations on our WAN each night. More often than not, the second server always shows an UNKNOWN status although when you go to the job status screen, the job has finished and all that shows is that it is ready for the next job.
There is no error code with it and we are using this on a Netware 5.1 network.
Any suggestions anyone?
