Am using Backup Exec for Netware 8.5 on a novell 4.11 server. Everything was working for over a year until 2 weeks ago when we upgraded the motherboard and processor and also installed Netware service pack 9. Ever since then the Job Manager unloads itself sometime around 5.30pm with the following message...
Backup Exec: Fatal error accessing job queue. Further program execution is not
possible.
Backup Exec: Engine is unloading...
So we thought something was going on at 5.30 so we used a piece of scheduling software to restart the software at 8pm but this didnt help as it unloaded the job manager again straight away with the same error.
If we manually schedule a backup during work time it works fine but cant backup any open files as we dont have that software. We have now had no backup for over 2 weeks...does anyone have any idea what could be causing this as we are going round in circles.
