Job crashes after succesfull job...

I've been searching for the same question but couldn't find it, here is my question.

I'm running a win2k SP4 server with BAB 11 after every backup job he says crashed and changes the status from active to hold.

Anyone an idea??

In the past I have had to use cstop to stop all services power down the tape drive. Power up the tape drive and cstart all services. You might try recreating the backup job from scratch. I have also stopped the arcserve services uninstalled arcserve scheduled a reboot of the server and installed a fresh version of arcserve.
