JIntegra not starting

with SeeBeyond 4.5.3, my Jintegra service is not starting. I checked the various logs but nothing in it.
If I run it from the command line, no message as well.

I tried uninstall the gui, reboot, and reinstall the gui but same problem.

any idea?
