I am seeing some strange things in my rather large wins database.
we have around 260 PCs spread out over 25 locations, all connected to the main site via anywhere from 64-256k Frame relay circuits.
We are noticing a handful of remote PC entries in the database with jibberish names like |~~~~'ne', --------'ou'+, etc. and types of "[05h] other". we try to tombstone the entries, and some come back to life as active.
I know none of those PCs are named anything weird. They are all pretty much standard names consisting of job function+branch number.
what the heck is going on???? anyone seen anything like that?
