JetDirect duplicate print job via Cisco VPN WAN Link

I have a remote site that uses a cisco 1750 to VPN into our HQ. The HP JetDirect has a printer attached to it that sometimes prints duplicate print jobs.

This is happening in several remote sites with the same type of printer and HP JetDirect.

Each location is using DSL to Frame.

How can I track these retranmissions of packets back to a specific source ip address?

If you want to track retransmissions as you've suggested, I would deploy a sniffer at each remote site. A lot of people on this forum use Ethereal - I guess because it's free but is continually maintained also.
