Jerky export from premiere?

I had some problems exporting my video from premiere on to my camcorder. I read that a way of dealing with it was to upgrade my version (6.0). I now have version6.5, and i dont have any problems at all.

If you are experiencing dropped frames, your firewire card may not be up to speed...
