Hi there, odd problem with a page. User can't pull up active server pages where a javascript is trying to run. She was able to do it Monday. If she goes anywhere else on the site, the other asps run fine. This is a login page. We've checked the internet settings, she does NOT have sp2, we are at a loss. Any thoughts of why this would suddenly happen or what else we can check or fix would be appreciated. She has norton but no updates have been applied since the last time it ran properly.

The javascript is running on the server ASP page or as client script in her browser?

Hi Sheco, thanks for the reply. It's running on the asp page. I can pull it up just fine from my computer, but all she gets is the brown graphic bar on the top. You probably don't want to know but here's the url:

I can get it fine. She's spoken to them and they are at a loss as well. It's a doctor's office and they log in to get their medicare claim info... NONE of the computers in their office call pull it up.

Any thoughts?

Are they running the latest version of IE, with 128-bit encryption? Do they have the security on the computer set so they can't access the page? If the whole office has problems with it, I'd bet that they have a server set up that's somehow getting in the way. What about firewall software? Any spyware, adware, or virus infections?

Have her right-click on it and "View Source" and then send you the file to compare with what you get.

BTW: Kudos to whoever took the time to make that HTML look decent to the human eye.

Sheco, you'll never guess what it was. They are on dialup and she decided to call the ISP and get their alternate phone numbers to call in with. Both alternate numbers worked. We don't understand why that is, but now since she changed her dial in phone number, all is well and the login page comes up perfectly. Many thanks for your suggestions.
