I've just downloaded Aptana, a JavaScript-focused IDE with many great features, including auto-completion / code assist and views of your JS, CSS, and HTML structure.
It has cross-platform support (working on Windows, Macs, and Linux in the pipeline), and is totally free and open-source.
You can use it stand-alone, or as an Eclipse plug-in (which I'll be investigating shortly).
