java client fullscreen

Hi
We have a Citrix solution, it works ok BUT. A lot of users get confused by the fact that fullscreen desktops are not fullscreen. There is still the original Win XP startmenu line at the bottom of the screen.

We are using presentation server 3.0 and running the java client and RSA authentication. All works but i cant solve the fullscreen issue?? Any hot tips???
