Hi guys,

I am having a continual problem I cannot figure out. basically Java applets will not display for me. The code is right, the link to the class file is right but I just cannot get them working. I actually only got 1 applet working so far.

Any ideas what might be the problem? All advice appreciated.

Btw, i'm using IE6 on Win2k.

Which version of the Java VM are you running? Microsoft or Sun? If Microsoft open a command prompt and run the command jview to see the version. joegz

Hi joegz,

thanks for your response. Does this help:
Microsoft (R) VM for Java, 5.0 Release 5.0.0.3805

I know little about Java or even browsers for that matter.
