Japanese Language packs

I've just installed Japanaese language packs on our Exchange Servers and our users in Japan are complaining of an interesting issue when using OWA

The screen displays the characters properly, but they cannot see any emails in any folders, cannot create any new mail and cannot logoff properly.

If they switch to English language, everything works!

I've attempted to re-create the issue on my PC by changing my regional settings to Japanese, but I don't see any issues.

Any ideas

On the OWA server, in control panel - regional settings - add the files to support east asian languages.
