Hi. It is CM 8 with latest SM/SMGR. Users have been assigned a default login password using a provisioning Profile option. How an individual user can change his login password???
Second, how can i change a user login password using SMGR? i tried but it always login using the default password defined in provisioning profile.

As the system administrator:

[li]In System Manager you need to go to Users / User Management / Manage Users.[/li]
[li]Select the user by checking the box next to their name and click Edit.[/li]
[li]On the Communication Profile Tab click the link for Communication Profile Password and enter the correct password and confirm.[/li]
[li]Click Commit to save your changes.[/li]

For End Users, try the Self Provision access: https://[system manager IP Address]/selfprovisioning

System Manager can be configured to support self provisioning. Once enable the user goes to

https://<System

Manager FQDN/IP>/selfprovisioning. If you have correctly enabled LDAP integration the user can login with his AD credentials then change the password of SIP, H.323, Messaging, or Agent.
