IX Workstation Softphone Directory

Is it possible to set a local directory source for the softphone that's not Outlook? A text file perhaps?

User reported that after adjusting the mic volume, then closing and reopening the app that it was working well.

Avaya IX Workplace Directory is only Personal and not system directory. You can copy all directory into the personal directory of all users needed
