IX Workplace documentation states that when the application registers with SM that it will get the Primary, Secondary and Survivable SM registration list that have been assigned to the user. If it can't register to the primary, then it will attempt to register to the secondary then survivable.

1) I'm assuming that this is after it has at least successfully connected to the primary that is defined in the settings of the IX Workplace software.

2) I'm also assuming that it then writes this information to a file on the local PC or possibly to the registry in Windows. Do you know where it writes this information?

1.yes. Normally your AADS config would have the first 2 core SMs in case a new user needed to come online while SM1 was down.

2.I don't know where the settings are, but you can see what's returned to the client in C:\Users\you\AppData\Local\Avaya\Avaya IX Workplace\logs\UccLog.txt

Found it in: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\Avaya IX Workplace\configdata.xml
