IWAM and IUSR pwd has been changed

The two passwords for these accounts have been changed through active directory --- now users cannot see default home page over WAN. I appreciate any help...

strike that --- I am able to get to another page that resides on our server --- this appears to be affecting only nfuse logon for citrix server --- I will pursue my questions in another forum.
