Need help on programming up an IVR. Heck I need a sub 101 level class on what it is. I can spell it, but that is the extent of my knowledge. Any suggestions?

We have one it works (I think), I've been handed responsibility to keep it working & modifiy it for a big forthcoming project.

Do a backup before you do anything. Avaya has some training on CD in scrip builder, If thats what your using. Wisdom is Knowledge
that is Shared

Thanks All Phoneman2

Phoneman2, I don't even know what version, how do I find that? (hope that sets the level of experience or lack thereof)

I've found out some vendors do only the software part and some only the hardware. I've also found some information on the Avaya site, but it is difficult to discern where to start.

Ultimately, I'd like to know how many calls this puppy can handle now and what room for expansion I have.
