I have Avaya CM 2.2.2 w/ S8700 servers

I have been asked to look into voice recognition for calling departments and extensions. Anyone have any suggestions as to what direction I should look? I have never dealt with these systems at all, so...any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Avaya has a suite of VRU but they are faily pricey.

Up to this point I haven't ever seen a customer impliment a voice recognition application that the customer liked. If this is internal that may not be an issue.

Unfortunately I don't know of any other vendors.
