Guys,

I'm having an issue at a customers site where a IVML8 is showed as 'blocked'

All seems to be working, except for maintenance.

Because of that we are unable to record new announcements.

Also via maintenance, we can not retreive any info from the card. When we try to do this we get a 'XML Error' message.

Any one of you who knows what can cause the issue?
