Have 3 Succession 3 chassis sites running StrongArm IPT 3.01.22 on FW 6.7. Around once a month, one of the sites will have all of their IP trunks go into lockout (ld 32) and we have to take down the D chnl and re-establish the D chnl to restore.
Admittedly, it's not a huge deal, but if someone out there has some suggestions or has a fix, I'd sure love to hear from you.

is their any major event on the network that could account for this?.. is it during peak traffic over shared bandwidth? or does it seem to be random?

If it's always the same site having the problem, I've experienced something similar. I had one site out of a six-site network that would lockout all the ITG trunks. Turned out to be a bad D-Channel card. Might be worth swapping to see what happens?

JohnPoole -- The usage on these trunks is extremely light and has not high-watered above 8 concurrent trunks in 6 months. The network is completely kosher with respect to VLAN's and segmentation, speed, and duplex.

A longshot, but if you have telnet access to the IPT card, try turning on the log file for hints or error messages on this periodic lockout condition.
