Hi All,

I have an ITG MC32 working between to sites fine, able to make call, etc.... I have a central Call Pilot, I need to send a message waiting lamp when the remote sites handsets?

Also I cannot see the name of the person calling, anyone what i need to programme on the routes?

Check the RCAP on your D-Channel. I believe it should be ND2. You can also deny display options on a per set basis, CNDA, DNDA, etc.

For the message waiting lamp on the set, the only thing I can think of is to make sure the CLS is set to MWA. Within MCDN, I am not aware of anything you need to set before MWI will be passed.

On non-MCDN networks you do have to set that prompt in the RCAP, but not anything I am aware of, or did we ever set to get this to work using ITG.

Check the PNI in the CDB and the RDB. this may need to be changed. Is it a programed as a DSC in CDP or TSC. Should be DSC as well.
