Hey Guys,

I just recently changed my ITG card in my Option11C from the double slot to the single slot Media Card. The vendor has programmed everything but this is the situation as it stands. My extension to extension dialing between my two Option 11C switches is working, so I can call 42XX and 32XX numbers between locations and they all go VOIP to their destinations. But, I was also doing routing of international calls from one Option11 to the other Option11 and then that switch would send the call out an international gateway we have connected to it through analog trunks.

The problem is none of my international calls will work now. When I use DCH messaging this is what I get:

DCH 5 OMSG SETUP REF 00000188 CH 2 0 0 7 TOD 10:53:32
FEAT :NCID
PROGRESS: ORIG ADDR IS NOT ISDN
CALLING #:2019 NUM PLAN: PRIVATE
CALLED #:6719547426506 NUM PLAN: PRIVATE

DCH 5 IMSG CALLPROC REF 00000188 CH 2 0 0 7 TOD 10:53:34

DCH 5 IMSG PROGRESS REF 00000188 CH 2 0 0 7 TOD 10:53:34
PROGRESS: CALL IS NOT END TO END ISDN

DCH 5 IMSG DISC REF 00000188 CH 2 0 0 7 TOD 10:53:34
CAUSE :NORMAL CALL CLEARING

DCH 5 OMSG RELEASE REF 00000188 CH 2 0 0 7 TOD 10:53:34

DCH 5 IMSG REL COMP REF 00000188 CH 2 0 0 7 TOD 10:53:34

The Media Card is in the switch that this print out came from. The switch that has the international gateway connected to it has a double slot ITG card. so I am routing between a single slot Media card, and a double slot ITG Card. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

unless your call terms and orig's from an isdn device, one end in not isdn.. all calls from or to a tdm or analog set show that same trace

Did you leave the route number the same or did you build the SMC card as a new route? If a new route, changes to the RLI entries that handle the call would need to be done. It may have been done for the RLI used by 4 digit dial calls, but not for the intl calls???

Good Luck
Rob

Thanks for the feed back guys. The route number was not changed. The RLI were all rebuilt anyway just to make sure they were programmed correctly. Remember the digits go where they are suppose to go. But when the digits reach their destination the call drops. And I get the message call is not end to end isdn.
