I have a question about a situation that happened with Exchange 5.5 on NT 4.0 sp6.
A manager needed to give his admin asst access to his mailbox. I gave the proper permissions to the administrative assistant's account. When I added his mailbox to her outlook 2000 it opened just fine. The problem is when her outlook connected to the mailbox every item in the mailbox was duplicated.
The boss's mailbox was open at the time of the first connection. Could this cause the duplication of all items that were currently in the mailbox? Is this some sort of bug with Exchange 5.5? I have been researching this problem and haven't found anything yet.
